A disgruntled teenager, sent to do community service at a rundown Karate school, enters an MMA tournament to face the man that killed his parents. 

If you’ve been reading Action Movie Fanatix for any amount of time you probably know I am a huge MMA fan.  To say MMA movies have fallen short of the real in-the-cage excitement of a live MMA event would be an understatement but I keep watching them hoping to find something worthwhile.  Hopefully Tapped will be worth while.  I certainly like the cast.

Aside from action movie favorites Michael Biehn and Martin Kove, Tapped also features UFC Middleweight champ Anderson Silva, former UFC Light Heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida, UFC Lightweight Sam Stout, referee Yves Lavigne and perennial MMA movie vet and current (but possibly retired) UFC fighter Krzysztof Soszynski.
