Judge Dredd comic book publisher 2000 AD has been pushing for a sequel to 2012’s Dredd. The movie didn’t do so well at the box office but strong DVD/Blu-ray sales raised the sequels chances from a “snowball’s chance in hell” to something that is legitimately being talked about at some level. An online petition they started has garnered more than 100,000 signatures and now Karl Urban has announced that they are “working very very hard to bring you Dredd 2.” Let’s hope this becomes a reality.
